A postdoctoral researcher position is available in the Soil Nutrient Management and Water Quality Lab at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The selected candidate will work under the USDA-NRCS project to evaluate the impact of cover crop on nitrogen rate, soil health, nitrate leaching, and greenhouse gas emissions. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the establishment and maintenance of small plot field trials, data management, sampling (water, soil, plant), completion of laboratory experiments, and writing manuscripts and reports. This position would require travel to the experimental sites far from the campus.
