General Duties and Responsibilities: The Department of Soil and Crop Sciences at Texas A&M University and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service announce a vacancy for the position of Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist – Small Grains and Oilseed crops located at College Station, TX. This is a 12-month, non-tenure track position responsible for state-wide leadership development of educational programs and materials related to the profitable and sustainable production of small grains and oilseed crops across multiple environments in Texas. The successful candidate will interact with county Extension agents, other Extension specialists, research faculty, and Extension Regional Program Leaders to coordinate successful Extension programming to support small grain
