Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in Soil Fertility and Nutrient Mgmt
  The Department of Soil Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking applications for an academic (9-month) tenure track assistant professor position in Soil Fertility and Nutrient Management. The position will be partially funded by the UW Division of Extension. Agriculture is a cornerstone of Wisconsin's economy and a primary source of the state's water quality challenges. The successful candidate is expected to develop an active research and extension program that focuses on improving nutrient use efficiency to sustain or improve crop yields while reducing nutrient losses to the environment.
