Assistant Professor of Soil Chemistry
The Department of Plant & Soil Science at the University of Vermont (UVM) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor specializing in soil chemistry. The position is full-time 9-month appointment with a split research / teaching appointment. We are seeking candidates with advanced training in soil sciences with emphasis in soil chemistry. Applicants must have experience in one or more of the following areas: terrestrial soils, pollutant movement, soil health metrics, soil chemistry impacts on crop nutrition, interactions between soil chemistry and microbial communities, or related areas.
